THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU AS FREEWARE.
This legal document is an agreement between you, the end user, and SwissMOD, for “all addons made by SwissMOD”. 

GRANT OF LICENSE

1. SwissMOD grants to you a personal, nonexclusive license to use the Software as and Addon to the original copy of PC CD-ROM game Operation Flashpoint provided that you do not modify or alter the Software. You may also make personal copies of any electronic documents included with the Software for your personal use and you may distribute the Software freely as long as it’s not modified and you don’t charge anything for distributing it.

2. You acknowledge and agree that SwissMOD is not obligated to provide technical or other support of any kind for the Software.

3. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

4. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the Software as long as you don’t try to get any commercial profit from it.

RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software without prior written permission of SwissMOD.
